SAVE $102: Walmart has the auto-folding Echelon Stride Sport Treadmill on sale for $597 (original price: $699) as part of its Memorial Day sale — that's about 15% in savings. You'll also get a free 30-day Echelon Premier Membership to kick off your training.

Having a personal treadmill is a worthwhile investment for a lot of people, but it definitely doesn't make for the best decor. If that's a sore spot for you, you may want to consider a compact folding treadmill instead.

As of May 20, you could snag the Echelon Stride Sport on sale for $597 at Walmart — that's $102 in savings. You'll even get a free 30-day Echelon Premier Membership ($34.99 value) with your purchase to help you get started.

A Walmart exclusive, the Echelon Stride Sport is a pared-down version of the Echelon Stride Treadmill. It features a four-foot running deck with impact-absorbing rubber, speeds up to 10 mph and 12 different incline levels to challenge yourself. Make easy adjustments with the built-in display and choose from eight programmed workouts. As you get your sweat sesh up and running, you can track a range of performance stats — pulse, distance, incline, time, speed, calories burned, and heart rate — with the integrated handlebar sensors.

When you're ready to unlock more smart capabilities, you can attach your phone or tablet to the built-in device holder and connect via the Echelon Fit app. The app features over 40 daily live and over 15,000 on-demand classes led by Echelon instructors, so you can have real-time motivation to reach your goals. There's also exclusive content, class playlists, and built-in tunes from plenty of popular artists. Classes range from beginner to pro and quick five-minute bursts to intense 45-minute workouts — so you can fit them into your own schedule.

Beyond just running workouts, an Echelon Premier Membership also includes cycling, rowing, running, HIIT, kickboxing, strength training, Pilates, and more. And a membership allows up to five users, so you and your friends can all work out together.

Once your free 30-day trial membership is up, you'll have to pay $34.99 monthly to keep all the perks. (If you opt for a yearly or two-year membership, you'll pay just $33.33/month or $29.16/month.)
